We built CA School Calendar to be a helpful tool for families, students, caregivers, and educators. If you have a question, a correction, or a request for a new district, please email us with enough detail to verify the request.
Report a Calendar Error
If you spot a date that does not match the official district calendar, please use the subject line Calendar Correction. Include the district name, school year, page URL, the date that looks wrong, and a link to the official district source. We use those details to verify and update the page.
Request a District
To request a district that is not yet covered, send the district name, county or city, and any official calendar link you have. We prioritize districts with published official calendar materials.
Response Time
We review calendar correction emails as part of the site update workflow. Urgent family decisions should still be confirmed directly with the school or district office.
